Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship UPS and USPS exclusively to US addresses. Orders are shipped right away upon full payment and typically arrive within 7 business days. We ship items via different carriers to follow shipping rules and also to cut down on shipping costs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: If you order via Amazon.ca or eBay, you can have many of our products shipped to your country. However, we do not ship internationally from this website.

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Please contact us for bulk order inquiries and pricing.

Q: Will _____ work for my application?
A: We get questions all the time about whether one of our products will work for a specific application. Usually, our answer is, "Probably." Everything we sell is described correctly, but even so, there are many factors that come into play when using chemicals. We encourage people to test out our products by purchasing smaller quantities first. We do not make individual recommendations for usage. Just a note, but we cannot refund opened packages. Also, check out the Data Sheets tab for more info about each product. 

Q: Are any of your products food-grade?
A: Yes, Citric Acid and Potassium Chloride are food-grade. Other products are technical-grade: quality products, but not for human consumption. We purposely buy this grade because food-grade or lab-grade chemicals can cost 5x as much.

Q: Why can’t I get a shipping price with my order?
A: If no shipping costs come up for your order, then a salesperson will contact you with shipping costs and options. Feel free to contact us about shipping larger quantities.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: We retain the right to cancel any orders that we need to cancel for any reason.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: If you are ordering through the website, it will automatically combine shipping costs. Feel free to use the automated shipping calculator.

Q: Is everything you sell legal?
A: Yes. We would not sell these products if they were not legal. If concerned and for individual situations, check with local governing agents. You must be 21 to purchase sulfur and aluminum powder.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept payment in the form of credit cards and PayPal. This website is powered by Shopify. Check/money orders are not accepted.
